I hope you are well. I have a day off school as I have finished my exams which is great but I don’t have much to do! I just made rocky road so that’s setting in the fridge (comment whether you would like to see a rocky road baking post?!).
I have a lot of posts in my head to write but I hadn’t had any time until now! So here are my favourite summer nail varnishes! I hope you enjoy.
The first nail varnish that I think is perfect for summer is one of Tanya Burr’s nail varnishes in the shade ‘Little Duck’. I absolutely love this pastel mint green shade and I think it will look great paired with denim shorts and a cute top! I actually have this nail varnish signed by Tanya when I went to her meet up last year!
The next nail varnish is from Rimmel London and is in the shade ‘Lose Your Lingerie’. This is a lovely subtle pale pink colour and would look amazing with a tan on holiday! I really like the brush in Rimmel varnishes which makes painting your nails super easy.
The next nail varnish is a Barry M varnish in the shade ‘Sugar Apple’. I love this pastel shade A LOT and I think it will also look great with a tan. This nail varnish is a gelly which means that it is very shiny which I love. I really really recommend this nail polish as it also lasts for a long time. 🙂
The next nail varnish is the Rimmel London Rita Ora polish in the shade ‘Go Wild-er-ness’. The packaging of this nail varnish is so sweet as the top has daisies on it which is what drew my attention to it in the first place. This is a very pretty lilac shade which I love and just screams summer! This nail varnish was £2.99 which I thought was quite cheap.
The final nail varnish that I think would look great in summer is a Topshop nail varnish in the shade ‘Flying Saucer’. I love Topshop nail varnishes and they last for a long time and they have a variety of different shades to choose from. They are usually quite expensive however I bought this varnish in the sale. This is fairly similar to the Rimmel Rita Ora varnish as they are both purple but I think the Rimmel one is more opaque and brighter whereas the Topshop one is more subtle.
I hope you enjoyed reading this post and has made you want to paint your nails!!
